At every general staff meeting the exec staff gives out to awards to DJs and shows:
1. Rookie Cookie (given to newbies)
2. DJ of the Month
DJs who win these awards have cultivated a following, play good music, or are exceptionally entertaining. To show our gratitude, these DJs win prizes, which can include WSOE t-shirts, giftcards, or food.
